Do I need past UGC work to apply as a creator? +
No. We explicitly welcome fresh creators. The onboarding checklist walks you through your first profile, intro video, and starter content from a guided prompt — usable in one sitting.
How does escrow work? +
When you accept N creators on a brief, your card / UPI is charged the full amount (rates × N + platform fee). Razorpay holds it. On approval, creators are paid out in INR within 24 hours. If a creator ghosts, you're refunded after review.
Who ships the product? +
The brand ships directly to the creator's address. The platform doesn't touch logistics in V1. You mark "Shipped" with a courier ID; the creator marks "Received" — that starts the delivery clock.
What if the video isn't what we asked for? +
One free revision is baked into every brief, with time-stamped comments on the video. Beyond that, additional revisions are configurable. Genuine quality disputes go to the human review queue.
Is there a platform fee? +
Yes — a flat percentage on top of the creator rate, configurable per cohort. The brand sees the full estimated total before publishing the brief. No hidden cuts on the creator side.
Which languages and regions are supported? +
India-only for V1, but every major Indian language is on the table — Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada, Gujarati, Malayalam, Punjabi. Creators tag what they shoot in.
